Questions & Answers
What is Unitoq?
Unitoq is a digital real estate investment platform that enables anyone to co-own European real estate, starting from just €100.
When can I start investing on Unitoq?
Our current target is to launch in Q1 2027, subject to regulatory approval. Join our waitlist to follow our progress and be among the first to hear about our launch.
Is Unitoq regulated?
Unitoq is currently undergoing the ECSP crowdfunding licensing process with the Bank of Latvia.
How does it work?
Following launch, you'll be able to browse carefully selected real estate investment opportunities on the Unitoq platform and invest from as little as €100. Once a funding round is successfully completed, the property is acquired through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), and investors become shareholders in that SPV in proportion to their investment. During the investment period, investors receive their proportionate share of any distributable rental income. When the property is sold, they also receive their proportionate share of the sale proceeds, including any capital appreciation.
Who manages the properties?
Each property is managed by a professional real estate management company responsible for tenant management, maintenance, and day-to-day operations. Before a property is listed on the platform, Unitoq carefully assesses and approves the appointed property management company as part of its due diligence process.
