As of the date of this PRIVACY POLICY Policy, Unitoq is developing a digital platform intended to facilitate investments in European real estate through a regulated crowdfunding model.

Unitoq is not currently authorised or regulated to provide crowdfunding or investment services.

The company is preparing to obtain an ECSP crowdfunding licence from the Bank of Latvia. Until such a licence has been granted, no registration on the platform, crowdfunding, or investment services are provided through this website.
